To sell you your covers and tables, let you in on the night and keep you posted about your purchases, we ask for some data. Here we explain what it is, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

01Who we are
GOA 007, Nightclub & Terrace, at Marina del Concorde, Av. Raúl Leoni, Porlamar 6301, Nueva Esparta, Venezuela. The company responsible for your data is Producciones Studio A7, RIF (tax ID) J-50709811-7.
This policy covers goa007.com, reservas.goa007.com (where you buy and have your account) and our WhatsApp.
02What data we collect
- When you create an account or buy: first and last name, ID card or passport, WhatsApp number, email and password. The password is stored encrypted: nobody at GOA can see it.
- When you pay: the method, the amount, the reference number and the receipt you upload. We don’t store card numbers or bank passwords.
- At the door: the time each QR code is scanned. We may ask for your ID to check the purchase is yours.
- If you message us on WhatsApp: your messages, voice notes and photos, and our replies. Some replies come from an AI assistant, and we always tell you so.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, your email and your profile picture (see section 4).
- When you visit the website: we count visits per day, per channel (for example, Instagram) and per country, without storing who you are. We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies.
03What we use it for
- Selling you covers and tables, confirming your payments and sending you your QR codes.
- Letting you in on the night and checking at the door that the purchase is yours.
- Letting you know by WhatsApp or email what happens with your purchase: the payment, the confirmation or a change to the event.
- Helping you when you write to us.
- Keeping the venue’s accounts and meeting our legal and tax obligations.
- Keeping things safe: preventing fraud, unauthorized resale and QR codes used twice.
- Sending you news about our events on WhatsApp, if you have written to us before. If you don’t want them, ask us on WhatsApp to stop and we take you off the list.
04If you sign in with Google
With “Continue with Google”, Google shares only your name, your email and your profile picture with us. We don’t see your contacts, your emails or your files.
We use that data only to create your GOA 007 account and to let you sign in to it. We don’t use it for advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Since Google doesn’t give us your ID number or your WhatsApp, we ask for them the first time you sign in. You can remove GOA 007’s access at any time from your Google Account (myaccount.google.com, under “Security”).
05Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. Only the part of the GOA team that needs it to serve you can see it, plus these services we use to run:

Some of these services store information outside Venezuela, for example in the United States. We also hand data to an authority when the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
As long as you have your account or we have purchases of yours. Sales and payments are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting records.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and keep only what the law requires us to keep.
07Your rights
You can ask us to see the data we have about you, correct it, delete it and stop receiving news messages.
You can change your name, ID number and WhatsApp yourself in My account → My details. For anything else, write to us (section 10) and we’ll reply as soon as we can. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours.
08Minors
Our events are for people 18 and over. At some events, such as concerts, minors may come with their parent or guardian; in that case, the parent or guardian provides the data.
09How we protect it
- The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored encrypted.
- Each team member sees only what their job needs.
- Your purchase links carry a signature that can’t be guessed.
10Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change is important, we let you know.
